GBC Sunrise FM won two awards in the Eastern Region Media Awards which came off at the Eastern Premier hotel koforidua this saturday august 2018.
The station was awarded program of the year ‘Nkomonketenkete ‘ hosted by Augustine Adu Tsum and uncovered personality of the year by Solomon Manucho a producer on GBC Sunrise sports .
ERMEA the corporate awards events over the years seeks to award personalities , on-air programs and behind the scene talents in all areas to receive due recognition to motivate talented producers and presenters at all radio stations in the Eastern region of Ghana .
The program was graced by top artiste from the Eastern Region namely; Koo Kyei , Amazing Gee , Sean Khare, Obaapa Gyamfuah and many others who were billed to perform at the event . Other categories awarded includes entertainment show host of the year , blogger of the year , most valuable pesonality , late afternoon show host , male and female presenters and many more.
