Chief of the Ghanaian Community in Columbus, Ohio, Nana Dwantuahene has placed smiles on the faces of health officials of the Koforidua SDA Hospital by donating large amount of healthcare items.
The items which includes Clutches, Wheelchairs, Boxes of Folders, Clipboard and Window Curtains were donated to the hospital to aid a smooth operation in administrative work and healthcare services.
Presenting the items, Nana Dwantuahene said the donation was the first among several others to be made to the hospital and the community at large.
According to him, the donations made to the hospital has been an annual ritual. And close to eight years, he has donated items all over the country together with his wife who is in the States.
He noted that, his family will continue with the good work and encouraged all Ghanaians to come together and take up roles in the country and help with the development of Ghana.
Receiving the donation, the medical director of the SDA hospital, Dr. Obeng Fordjour expressed his profound gratitude to Nana Dwantuahene and his family and gave the assurance that the hospital would put the items to good use.
