Center for National Culture, Eastern region is organising capacity building workshop for artistes, sound engineers, promoters and mangers to help raise the standard of production and artistery in the region.
Eastern region can boast of alot musicians but its hardly for an artiste in the region to get to the lime light and its really a disturbing situation. Its for this reason the Center for National Culture has organised such a program to correct the mistakes that wrongs of the past and imbibe in the artiste, promoters, sound engineers and managers the right way of doing things in the music industry to help get national and international artistes from the region.
The date for the event is this Friday, the 26th Day of March 2021 at the Center for the National Culture Auditorium, Koforidua at exactly 10 O’clock before noon (10:00am), with speakers like Mr. Peter K. Marfo, the Acting Regional Director for the Center for National Culture, Mrs Sheil Djangmah, Senior Research and Documentation officer at the Copyright office, Rev. Yaw Yawson, Acting Vice President for the Musician Union of Ghana and lastly Dr. Yaw Brew of Koforidua Technical University will be present to share their experience.
Manager, promoters, sound engineers and managers are all entreated to participate in such event to help build a better industry in the region and also unearth the great talents in the region.
